You can update your payment method at any time from your account dashboard. Go to your account settings, find the billing section, and click to update your payment information. Your new payment method will be used for all future charges.
Your complete purchase history, including all subscriptions and single tool licenses, is available in your account dashboard. You can view invoices, download receipts, and see the status of all your purchases in one place.
Yes, you can update your email address from your account settings. After changing your email, you'll need to verify the new address. All future communications will be sent to your new email address.
All invoices are available in your account dashboard. Go to your purchase history, find the invoice you need, and click to download it as a PDF. Invoices are also automatically emailed to you after each purchase or subscription renewal.
All charges are in Swiss Francs (CHF). We're based in Switzerland and charge in CHF for all services. International clients are welcome, and your bank or credit card provider will handle currency conversion if needed.
